*Seller must pay for work upon earlier of closing, listing no longer being in effect, or 12 months after completion of first job. To calculate the results, the Metrics of the total Eligible Listings in RealVitalize-available markets were compared with those listings that participated in the RealVitalize program. “Eligible Listings” means residential property listings and excludes some commercial, vacant land, and new construction. This was not a controlled study; correlation does not equal causation. Results not guaranteed and past performance does not guarantee future results. The RealVitalize program cannot be used to prospect for new listings in New Jersey.
